- Arrive at the 写作中心 5 minutes before your appointment.
- Check in at the front desk and inform the Admin Assistant you are here for an appointment.

- Have your assignment available, as well as the writing prompt or guidelines.

- Use a laptop or desktop computer and find a quiet location in which to join the tutoring session.
- Log into Zoom 5 minutes before your appointment.
- Test your audio and video prior to your appointment.

- Wait for the tutor to begin the session and direct you further.
When your tutoring session is complete, you will receive a follow-up email that covers what was discussed in your session and a feedback prompt the next time you sign into Penji. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us as we continue developing the 写作中心.

写作中心 tutors are available in person and online for immediate drop-in assistance based on tutor availability. Drop-in tutors can help with quick questions about grammar, 格式化, 引用, 作业指导, 一般的写作技巧. 一般的指导方针
Tutors allow students a 15-minute grace period to show up for appointments. If you do not show up within 15 minutes, we may give your spot to another student. If you are running late or unable to attend the session, 请 cancel your appointment online or contact the Writing Center ASAP.
Students may book up to 3 appointments per day but may not book back-to-back appointments. On Saturdays and Sundays, students may book one appointment per day. Missing more than 3 appointments in a 30-day period will result in a suspension of booking privileges.
